Google Ads Specialist

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our company scale digital performance across multiple markets. Your expertise in planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns will be crucial to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  2. Monitor campaign performance and conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and in-platform tools.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and improve ROAS and CPA.
  4. Collaborate with local teams to align messaging with business goals.
  5. Build and manage multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets over $100,000/month.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG, MY, TH, ID) is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus.
