Guest Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration;
  • Reviewing operational records and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Implementing corrective actions to address deviations and optimize performance;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators;
  • Providing input to short-term operational planning to meet business objectives;
  • Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines;
  • Representing the company in official capacity as required;

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in guest relations or a related role;
