We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration;
- Reviewing operational records and identifying areas for improvement;
- Implementing corrective actions to address deviations and optimize performance;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators;
- Providing input to short-term operational planning to meet business objectives;
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines;
- Representing the company in official capacity as required;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in guest relations or a related role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work effectively in a team environment;
