About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our India offices. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional hiring solutions, with a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding.

The ideal candidate is skilled in full-cycle recruitment, strategic talent mapping, and building strong stakeholder partnerships. You will be responsible for building a strong tech talent pipeline and helping hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with tailored strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs, offer market insights, and ensure effective talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates, utilizing sourcing channels, networks, and referrals.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication and continuous process improvements.
  • Enhance employer branding through social media, events, and diversity initiatives, supporting DEI efforts and market positioning.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects in talent acquisition, including employer branding, tool optimization, and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven minimum 3 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements to prospective candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Passion for international environments that change fast and are rich in ambition.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian technical market and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
