Job Description

A Transformation Manager is responsible for designing and establishing Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs) or Project Portfolio Management business processes and solutions to manage high-profile complex programs.

They will partner with engagement leadership to design and establish core processes and support a delivery team in planning, controlling, and executing complex programs, PMOs, and Transformation Offices.

The Transformation Manager will gain valuable insights and help drive strategic conversations with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective expression of complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills to achieve tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility in adapting to change and ambiguous environments
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions using analytical and creative thinking
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and active listening skills to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately
  • Leadership skills to foster an inclusive team-oriented work environment and counsel junior consultants
  • Good business acumen and knowledge of consulting capabilities and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Project Management tools such as MS Project/Clarity PPM/Primavera

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) and a minimum of 6-9 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
  • Approximately 6+ years' experience on large-scale complex programs providing consulting services in at least one of the following areas: PMO/EPMO design/set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, resource/capacity management, program execution
  • PMO maturity assessment, PMO Setup & Operations
  • Transformation Office design/set up and delivery, Value/Benefit realization
  • End-to-End Portfolio Management implementation – intake and demand management, portfolio prioritization, portfolio selection, financial management
  • End-to-End ERP implementation
