Job Title: Director of Donor PartnershipsThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong relationships with donors, partners, and funding institutions. About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, design and execute partnership strategies, and ensure transparent communication. Key Responsibilities:1. Donor Engagement & Relationship Management:* Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and trust-building.* Coordinate visits, impact-sharing sessions, and events to showcase progress.2. Partnership Support:* Prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and concept notes that align with partner interests.* Collaborate with program teams to ensure fundraising efforts are impact-driven.3. Communication & Collateral Development:* Develop partner-focused communication materials including reports, updates, and recognition materials.4. Reporting & Compliance:* Deliver accurate and timely reporting of fund utilization and program outcomes.* Ensure compliance with partner requirements and regulatory standards. Requirements:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.* 6+ years of experience in donor engagement, partnerships, grant management, or a related field.* Proven track record in building strong partnerships.* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* Experience with relationship management software and tools.
