Program Director, Sustainable Income

The organization seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead its rural livelihoods strategy. As Lead, Program Design, Livelihood, you will drive the development of sustainable income opportunities in Punjab.
- Sustainable Livelihood Models: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that address rural challenges while enhancing work dignity, women's participation, and climate resilience.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with government agencies, donors, foundations, corporates, and local NGOs to expand livelihood interventions.
- Impact Measurement and Learning: Build strong impact frameworks, document best practices, and promote innovation and evidence-based decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Rural Development, Management, Social Work, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in livelihoods, rural development, or community enterprise building.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale livelihood initiatives in India, preferably in Punjab/North India.
- Strong understanding of social enterprises, women's economic empowerment, agriculture, and allied sectors.
