Cloud Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Lead to spearhead our technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical discussions, coaching and mentoring team members, and providing consultancy services to clients.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, leadership, and collaboration. They will be responsible for leading technical teams, providing expert advice on cloud infrastructure solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions and drive project deliverables.
  • Provide consultancy services to clients on cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for automation and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AWS Cloud, DevOps, and pipeline management using Github actions.
  • Showcase proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.
  • Awareness of end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls.
  • Plan and coordinate patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Able to perform Disaster Recovery.
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.
