Senior Operations Manager Position

This is a senior role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our hostels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations, hospitality, or student affairs with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end operations of assigned hostels ensuring smooth daily functioning
  • Manage timely and accurate student attendance tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for consistent delivery of services
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies and escalate to appropriate personnel
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain hostel quality standards and safety protocols
  • Map Student Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to track satisfaction and service delivery quality
  • Identify pain points in student experience and develop action plans to address them
  • Maintain a feedback loop to ensure continuous service improvement
  • Coordinate student travel and foster a welcoming hostel environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in operations hospitality student affairs or similar roles
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage crises address student concerns and navigate ambiguity
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional student experiences
