Job Title: Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in driving operational performance and excellence within our organization.

  1. Build and own dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide visibility into operational performance (attendance, trials, hygiene audits, escalations).
  2. Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to refine and rollout ops dashboards or tools.
  3. Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals.
  4. Track and follow through on agreed actions — become the 'ops conscience' of the org Field Support & Capability Building.
  5. Support onboarding of new Cluster Managers and Center Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Performance Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various operational areas.
  • Tech Collaboration: Work closely with tech/product teams to design, develop, and implement operational tools and dashboards.
  • Governance Support: Assist city and cluster leads in maintaining high standards of governance and compliance.
  • Action Tracking: Ensure timely tracking and follow-up on action items and decisions.
  • Onboarding Support: Provide guidance and support to new Cluster Managers and Center Managers during their onboarding process.
