Process Trainer Job Opportunity

As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality training sessions to agents. Your primary role will be to provide coaching and feedback on process quality and best practices.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Managing and conducting training sessions
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to agents
  • Ensuring excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shifts
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Forms, Excel, Word, etc.

Selection criteria: A graduate in any stream with minimum 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E. Candidate must be a citizen of India or have the right to work in India, and be above the age of 18 Years.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Performance assessment of trainees during tests
  • Database management
  • Motivating associates through effective management and career development
  • Performing TNI on audit findings
  • Conducting refresher sessions
  • Tracking performance and analyzing data critically

Key skills required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shifts
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Forms, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources
  • Result-oriented and client-focused
  • Feedback and Coaching skills
  • Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
