Coaching Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Life and Wellness Coaches to collaborate with us in a dynamic network of coaching providers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality life and wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone, while maintaining a calendar displaying their availability and keeping track of session notes in a timely manner.

Candidates should be adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges, with training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support such as NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients, utilizing culturally competent and empathetic care to meet the diverse needs of our members.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and challenges, collaborating with our dedicated provider support team and clinical care navigation team when needed.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, providing safe, non-judgemental, and empowering spaces for exploration, self-discovery, and growth.
Requirements:
  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards.
  • Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required, demonstrating expertise in evidence-based modalities and ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Strong technology skills and comfort with telehealth platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of coaching services.
