Job Description

The ERP Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and business continuity through effective policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for business transaction data processing, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
  • Ensure ERP user management access privileges and password.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for manufacturing processes.
  • Take overall responsibility for technology risk management activity in ERP for manufacturing processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a fully tested comprehensive disaster recovery plan for business continuity.
  • Configure regulatory requirements for critical fields and validate for manufacturing processes in plants.
  • Integrate between ERP and government portal APIs, requiring master configuration and management.
  • Customize legal document output forms as PFI, e-invoice copies, COA, and PO, interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Identify high, medium, and low-priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • Develop and implement MIS reports for compliance and finance requirements.
  • Identify user issues that can be resolved through front-end or back-end development and require service provider involvement.
  • Ensure security of transactions configuration to prevent backdated transactions and unwanted user access based on user roles and access privilege levels.
  • Monitor system implementation, support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • Ensure ERP software is up-to-date with the latest build number for GST and TDS compliance, coordinating with service providers and consultants.
  • Troubleshoot all technology issues.
  • Formulate an overall strategy and policy for effective and efficient ERP process functioning.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain all ERP business processes.
  • Purchase, receive, and account for ERP modules to upgrade business processes.
  • Coordinate with plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Build and manage a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  • Identify training needs for team members and fulfill them through formal training and guidance.
  • Maintain employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Motivate, mentor, and counsel team members to achieve desired performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A candidate for this role should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
