Business Process Improvement Specialist

At our organization, we seek an experienced and skilled professional to analyze business processes and enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.
About the Role:This role involves working closely with clients to identify areas for improvement, configure modules, train users, and ensure seamless integration of business process.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, be a quick learner with effective communication skills, and possess basic project management and multitasking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business processes and provide ERP functional consulting to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and integrate with other applications to meet client needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions to address business requirements.
- Develop process documentation and training materials to support user adoption.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management to ensure timely delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner with effective communication skills.
- Basic project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Knowledge of key business domains: E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounting.
