We are looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Transformation Specialist Lean Specialist based in Ahmedabad India The Lean team is dedicated to identifying leading and delivering Lean Six Sigma projects and trainings as part of the Continuous Improvement and Transformation journey These projects achieve operational efficiency and transformational change with visible benefits thereby supporting QR Groups strategic transformation and continuous improvement You will serve as an advocate and ambassador of Lean Methodology supporting the adoption and establishment of the continuous improvement culture You will facilitate the Lean Academy training to further enhance organizational knowledge and skills in Lean Methodologies You will also provide coaching mentoring problem-solving and act as a change agent You will also bring expertise in understanding and implementing change management project management and regulatory compliance specific to the aviation industry Your role and responsibilities Act as a Partner for key stakeholders of the assigned portfolio Manage continuous planning monitoring analysis and assessment of QR Lean Initiatives Provide critical thinking and influence to link the companys strategic agenda to the resulting execution plan Provide guidance and counsel in the development of long-term and short-term Lean projects Identify gaps in process capabilities regulatory compliance airline-specific and propose areas for improvement developing a roadmap business plan for future business improvement Facilitate Lean Academy training and ensure knowledge transfer across teams Implement project management practices to ensure timely delivery of Lean projects and facilitate change management to secure stakeholder buy-in Provide coaching mentoring problem-solving and act as a change agent Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills Your imagination Your ambition Here there are no boundaries to your potential and the impact you can make Youll find infinite opportunities to grow and work on the biggest most rewarding challenges that will build your skills and experience You have the chance to be part of our future and build the life you want while being part of an international community Our best is here and still to come To us impossible is only a challenge Join us as we dare to achieve whats never been done before Together everything is possible Qualifications Preferred Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification mandatory with minimum 4 years of job-related experience Demonstrated practical and strategic experience in a Lean and continuous improvement culture Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery with visible benefits possibly in different industries Able to lead Lean trainings up to Green Belt level Project and change management experience Experience in the design and improvement of processes Experience managing cross departmental teams proven ability to lead and motivate Experience working with and presenting to leadership Proven track record of leading large scale projects Strong understanding of End to End business improvements About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft Today we deliver excellence across 12 different businesses coming together as one Weve grown fast broken records and set trends that others follow We dont slow down by the fear of failure Instead we dare to achieve whats never been done before So whether youre creating a unique experience for our customers or innovating behind the scenes every person contributes to our proud story A story of spectacular growth and determination Now is the time to bring your best ideas and passion to a place where your ambition will know no boundaries and be part of a truly global community
