The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Excel, including basic to advanced skills, is essential. Good communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with customers, are also required. A customer-first mindset and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement are highly valued qualities.
