Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

A seasoned data insights specialist is required to transform complex data into actionable insights.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled analyst to join our team and contribute to driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor order status, manage calendars, and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Review production artworks and oversee UPC ticket approvals to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings and maintain accurate shipping documents.
  • Analyze data trends, identify root causes, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail/manufacturing merchandising or operations analysis is mandatory.
  • 5 years' experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong Excel & data analysis skills (SQL/BI tools a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
