Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with extensive knowledge of HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.

The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR service delivery processes while ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  • Optimize and manage HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
  • Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience through continuous improvement.
  • Analyze service metrics and prepare reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
  • Resolve complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, service governance, and continuous improvement.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR service delivery processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Manage and optimize HR service platforms for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze service metrics reports.

  • At least 10 years of experience in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.
