Client Relationship Executive
We are seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide financial advice, and recommend investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships
- Provide expert financial guidance and recommend suitable investment solutions
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand financial objectives and requirements
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, equities, and financial instruments
- Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement and strategic planning
- Support branch operations and contribute to seamless day-to-day processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Essential Skills
- Profound knowledge of stock market operations, equities, and financial products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with proven negotiation abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability in client servicing and achieving sales targets
- Prior experience in managing client portfolios is preferred
