Procurement Assistant Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized procurement assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations by assisting with vendor research, market analysis, and procurement documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement process by identifying and evaluating vendors and factory partners.
  • Conduct market research and collect quotations for ongoing projects to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and timelines with suppliers under supervision to achieve optimal results.
  • Support visits to local factories or vendors as needed to foster relationships and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with vendors to maintain strong partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Mature, responsible, and eager to learn with a strong interest in procurement and sourcing.
  • Familiarity with vendor evaluation and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
  • Able to work effectively with teams across functions including operations and production.
