Executive Assistant Manager (Purchase) Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant Manager, focusing on purchase and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and be able to navigate complex procurement processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage Direct and Indirect Purchases: Oversee the entire purchasing process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
    • Negotiate with Vendors: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
    • Efficient Procurement Processes: Implement and monitor processes to ensure seamless procurement operations, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering background required.
    • 3-8 Years of Experience: Proven track record in purchase management, vendor negotiation, and procurement process improvement.
    • SAP Skills: Proficient in SAP software and its applications in procurement.
    • Negotiation and Vendor Management Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage vendor relationships.
