Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Electronics Professional to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing electronic products, managing manufacturing processes, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field, along with a degree in Electronics. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and quality control.

  1. Develop Electronic Products: You will work closely with engineering teams to initiate RFQs, purchase orders, and follow up on part approvals.
  2. Manage Manufacturing Processes: You will oversee the development of electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time.
  3. De-Risk Supplier Base: You will identify potential risks in the supplier base and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Alternate Component Sourcing: You will explore alternative sources for electronic components, reducing dependence on a single supplier.
  5. Part Approval Process: You will work with engineering and quality teams to ensure all parts meet quality standards.
Key Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics
  • Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
