We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee our structural engineering and BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and modelers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects.
  • Design Review: Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
  • Design Checks: Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Documentation: Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards. Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
