Structural Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Civil Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and construction of industrial civil foundations and steel structures.

  • Develop and analyze structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures.
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for structural projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Review and approve design calculations and construction documents.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  • Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes or other international standards.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings and models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
