As a dedicated Property Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

About the Role:
  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals to identify key trends and patterns
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other critical documents
  • Calculating key performance indicators: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Utilizing and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline processes
  • Producing detailed deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations to support informed decision-making
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your findings matter significantly
  • Listening to feedback and continually improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Aptitude for working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis roles
  • Understanding of key terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous attention to detail — you check your work multiple times
  • Ability to handle important decisions under pressure with confidence
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Strong integrity and ethics in handling sensitive information
