Property Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-obsessed individual to help us evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role, and we're looking for someone who takes extreme pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

Key Responsibilities

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Lovely working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • Handling important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
