**Job Title:** Senior Operations Manager **Job Description:**We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Operations Specialist to lead our day-to-day operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data center. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of our data center, including power management, cooling systems, and security protocols.
  2. Incident Management: Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  3. Maintenance and Upgrades: Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities, upgrades, and refreshes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
  5. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7+ years of progressive experience in data center operations, critical facilities management, or a related field.
