Construction Technology Project Lead

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in construction technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction Technology, particularly with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Reality Capture. They should possess strong analytical skills and be able to interpret complex technical information.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Capture the As-built conditions using scan to BIM techniques and analyze them for discrepancies between design and actual conditions.
  3. Demonstrate proficiency in reading MEP systems knowledge, single line diagrams, riser diagrams, and identify conflicts in As-built condition.
  4. Leverage expertise in construction management to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  5. Communicate clearly with project teams, including the ability to read and understand RFIs and provide suitable responses.
  6. Produce dimensioned As-built plans and drawings for site coordination.
  7. Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience in Laser Scanning Domain.
  • Strong understanding of BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Recap Pro, Faro Scene, Leica Register 360, Cloud Compare, and Microsoft Office.
