About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our B2B partnerships strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive growth, identifying high-impact deals, building long-term relationships with corporates and channel partners, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute B2B Partnership Strategies: Design and implement strategies that drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and Close High-Impact Deals: Identify opportunities with potential partners and close deals that drive revenue and growth.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners to drive mutual benefit.
  • Lead Negotiations and Deal Structuring: Navigate complex negotiations and deal structuring to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor Performance and KPIs: Track key performance indicators and revenue contribution of partnerships to inform future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
