Senior Corporate Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business leader to drive our team and contribute to our organization's growth. This role will be based in Mumbai.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage diverse client cultures and build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners, and servicing vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Manage and retain large accounts through new business generation.
  • Drive discussions with CXO's, Senior Directors to ensure effective cross-selling of products with existing clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style. The successful candidate will be able to establish relationships and work collaboratively with the team at all levels to effectively close business.

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • MBA degree.
  • Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
