Fitness Operations Director

Vigoure MMA and Fitness is seeking a highly skilled Fitness Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our fitness center in Bengaluru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating training programs, ensuring the facility meets the needs of members, developing and implementing sales strategies, supervising group exercise and personal training sessions, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
- The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the fitness industry, understanding of exercise physiology, excellent leadership and management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance member experience
- Maintain a clean and safe facility that meets the needs of members
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotion strategies
- Supervise group exercise and personal training sessions to ensure quality and consistency
- Promote a positive and inclusive culture among members and staff
