  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in complex situations and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence and guide less experienced staff within the group
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working with analytic capabilities, tools, and environments
  • 5+ years of experience with software development, technology project management, or Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience developing and executing test plans and test scripts
  • Experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator or Site Owner
  • Knowledge of Wells Fargo Consumer Bank products, sales processes, data, and systems
  • Knowledge of case management and workflow solutions
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective leadership ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and create and manage large-scale change

Successful candidates will have a good understanding of supervisory oversight and risk management programs in a large, distributed, diverse organization and will leverage this knowledge to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of risk detection capabilities within the Consumer Bank.
