**Job Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries via various platforms. As the initial point of contact, you will address customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
This position requires an individual who can multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high ticket volumes daily. You will be responsible for managing customer interaction records and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-4 years of experience in customer support, CRM, or chat handling, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. Strong written communication skills and familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms are essential.
