To succeed in this role, you should have 1-4 years of experience in customer support, CRM, or chat handling, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. Strong written communication skills and familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms are essential.
