Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned test manager to lead our quality assurance strategy.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks, strong understanding of BDD (Cucumber), build tools like Maven, test frameworks like TestNG, and experience in version control systems like Git.

This role requires leading QA teams, maintaining automation frameworks, ensuring test coverage across different layers, and continuously improving testing processes.

  • Strong Testing & Test Management experience with 12/15+ years of experience
  • Proven track record in preparing Test Strategies, Plans
  • Skilled in Test Estimations, Scheduling, Tracking, Reporting (Status, Risks, Issues in time), Multi-Stakeholders Co-ordination
  • Expertise in Functional Testing (UI, API, DB)
  • Proficient in using Test Mgmt. Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Good at Test Automation (Java, Selenium, BDD, TestNG, Maven, Git)
  • Familiarity with Performance Testing
  • Maintain, manage all Test Artifacts & publish Test Metrics
  • Continuously improve Test Effectiveness, Efficiency in Ways of Working
  • Domain experience in Collections/ Debt Recovery preferred
  • Mentor Team Members
  • Collaborative, proactive, and committed individual
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management
  • Hands-on expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks
  • Experience with BDD (Cucumber), build tools (Maven), test frameworks (TestNG), and version control systems (Git)
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively and as part of a team
