Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager oversees daily quality control/quality assurance team activities, ensuring production processes meet internal and regulatory standards.
Besides overseeing the QA team, this role involves developing and implementing quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager also conducts root cause analysis and takes corrective actions for non-conformities. Additionally, they train staff on quality tools like 5S, Six Sigma, GMP, and ISO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards in line with company goals and industry best practices
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and take corrective/preventive actions to address any deviations or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to improve product quality
- Provide guidance and training to staff on quality management principles and practices
- Maintain accurate records of quality-related data, including audit reports, inspection results, and corrective actions
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field is required for this position. In addition, 1-2 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance is essential.
This is a full-time position that requires working from an office location. Regular face-to-face interviews will be part of the selected candidate's responsibilities.
