Senior Quality Assurance Lead RoleOur organization seeks a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality assurance efforts for our web domain project.
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes for complex web applications.
  2. Lead and manage a skilled QA team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  3. Manage testing for high-traffic and high-visibility web applications serving critical client sites.
  4. Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to enhance efficiency.
  5. Oversee API and performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  7. Ensure adherence to industry-quality standards and best practices.
  8. Effectively manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving technical issues.
  9. Evaluate and select suitable testing tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software quality assurance testing roles.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills to strategize testing effectively.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or alternative automation tools.
  • Good understanding of web-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working with Linux environments.
