Process Operations Trainee Position

We are seeking a highly motivated trainee to join our team as a Process Operations Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to operating procedures, and contributing to housekeeping efforts.

The Process Operations Trainee will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Contributing to housekeeping efforts by ensuring the workspace is clean and organized.
  • Coordinating with shift superintendents and panel executives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collecting and delivering samples from the field for laboratory testing.
  • Reporting promptly any abnormal observations to shift engineers and panel executives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemical Engineering required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to follow instructions and take initiative when needed.
  • Familiarity with chemical engineering principles and practices beneficial.
  • Prior training or experience in field operations preferred but not necessary.
