Dasaram Brass, a trusted name in brass manufacturing, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders to gain hands-on experience across production, quality, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

·      Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely execution.

·      Maintain product quality as per customer drawings and standards.

·      Read and interpret technical drawings, including GT and quality symbols.

·      Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.

·      Assist in production planning and workflow optimization.

·      Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of finished goods.

·      Monitor and support quality processes during manufacturing.

·      Prepare basic documentation and reports.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

·      High School Diploma (minimum)

·      Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering, or relevant experience in precision manufacturing (preferred)

·      Ability to read and understand technical drawings, including GD&T

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Analytical and critical thinking skills

·      Problem-solving ability

·      Knowledge of production engineering principles

·      Experience or understanding of production planning and workflow optimization

·      Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
