Financial Specialist Role

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Specialist to lead our High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) acquisition efforts. This position focuses on building a qualified pipeline of investors for our Real Estate Fund.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify and engage with HNI clients interested in real estate investments.
  • Develop innovative strategies to generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Bolster and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.
  • Clients Relations
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to comprehend their investment appetite and suitability.
  • Educate prospects about the Real Estate Fund structure, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings for senior Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors to close opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay up-to-date on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze HNI investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach.
  • Reporting and Collaboration
  • Monitor leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Fundraising teams to achieve targets.
Essential Requirements:
  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or financial consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Experience in HNI client acquisition (Real Estate or Investment Funds experience is beneficial).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
