Role Description

  • To build and maintain effective relationships with high-net-worth individuals to understand their financial objectives.
  • To provide tailored financial advice and wealth management solutions to clients based on their needs and risk tolerance.
  • To conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates with clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
  • To demonstrate expertise in wealth management products, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds (MFs), Insurance, and Equity.
  • To educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products.
  • To recommend suitable investment strategies and products to clients based on their investment preferences and risk profile.
  • To identify new business opportunities and generate leads through professional networking and referrals.
  • To drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
  • To conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate potential risks.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with regulatory compliance standards.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12-18 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • A strong understanding of wealth management products, including AIFs and PMS.
  • A proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) are an advantage.
