Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager- Wealth Management Solutions

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our wealth management team as a Senior Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with family offices and UHNIs.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory services on mutual funds (MFs), alternative investment funds (AIFs), portfolio management services (PMS), real estate investment trusts (REITs), and infrastructure investment trusts (INVITs) within a ₹5 Cr - ₹50 Cr ticket size range.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Drive the growth of our wealth management business with a long-term vision.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent our organization at industry events and strengthen our brand positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, managing high net worth individuals (HNIs) and family offices.
  • Strong relationships with family offices and UHNIs.
  • Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.
  • Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
