Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Professional to provide technical assistance to our end-users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ticketing tools and expertise in Google Workspace products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide level 1 and 2 support to end-users across the organization
  2. Handle and resolve incidents/service requests via ServiceNow platform
  3. Administer user accounts, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists via Active Directory and Google Admin Console
  4. Troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools and coordinate with backend or resolver teams when needed
  5. Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service delivery

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Desk operations
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Expertise in Google Workspace products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working six days a week from the office. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
