Business Development Manager\

This is a key leadership role that oversees the development of new business opportunities across the Commodities/Industry sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, market research, and sales pipeline management.

  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals, showcasing the unique value and advantages of our logistics services.\
  • Cross-functional Collaboration\
  • Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure effective onboarding and service execution.\
  • Negotiation & Contract Management\
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms that balance profitability with client satisfaction and market competitiveness.\
  • Relationship Management\
  • Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders including senior executives, supply chain professionals, and procurement teams in the sector.\
  • Market Intelligence\
  • Track competitor activities, market shifts, and customer feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement in service offerings.\
  • Sales Reporting\
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and improvement areas.\
  • Regulatory Compliance\
  • Stay informed on relevant industry regulations and ensure all business practices comply with legal and ethical standards.\

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify and present complex logistics solutions.\
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.\
  • Demonstrated strength in building client relationships and leveraging industry networks.\
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Proficiency in data analysis, sales reporting, and extracting actionable insights from market trends.\
