Job Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SIOP processes to meet sales and operational goals, including creating and tracking leading and lagging metrics.
  • Manage inventory levels at various stages to meet forecast targets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Utilize SAP modules to manage and optimize supply chain operations, including in-bound and out-bound logistics, freight costs, and distribution costs.
  • Oversee 3rd party warehouse management, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
