Job Title: Product Manager

As a Product Manager at XpressBees, you will be responsible for developing and owning product strategies and roadmaps, driving product development from concept to launch, and working closely with engineering teams to prioritize features.

You will also partner with end-user teams to capture customer needs and requirements through market research and stakeholder discussions, translate business needs into product requirement documents and mock-ups, and drive technical solutions with architects.

Additionally, you will continuously assess internal product capabilities, evaluate potential for improvement, and align with organizational goals through partnerships with Process Engineering and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of product management methodologies, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A strong communication and presentation skill is also required.
