This role involves developing and executing outreach strategies, managing admissions processes, and building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, an established network, and proven success in B2B education services, school admissions, or student recruitment.

The key responsibilities for this role include strategic outreach & partnerships, enrolment growth & agent management, representation & networking, and data-driven decision making. Successful candidates will have a track record of achieving student enrolment and partnership targets, as well as experience working independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively.

Requirements for this role include 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment, a well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies. Additionally, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential, as are familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field is required, as well as strong project management and organisational skills.
