As a senior marketplace executive, you will be responsible for leading our e-commerce operations team to deliver exceptional results across various marketplaces. Your expertise in catalog management, search optimization, pricing strategies, and marketplace operations will help us improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven cataloging strategies to improve product discoverability.
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes to enhance SEO and search ranking improvements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of inventory management processes to prevent stockouts and ensure smooth order flow.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and develop dynamic pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing and fulfillment.
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rates, CTR, impressions, reviews, and ratings to measure marketplace performance and inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization techniques.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Additional Information

You must have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms and be familiar with advertising tools on Amazon and other marketplaces. Strong coordination skills are required to work with cross-functional teams, logistics partners, and customer service teams. A strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions are essential for this role.
