">Role Overview:

This is a pivotal role in driving awareness and engagement for various programs across India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with school leaders, representing the client at career fairs, executing region-specific outreach campaigns, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with schools to promote programs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
  • Conduct regional outreach campaigns to attract high-caliber talent from schools across India.
  • Nurture relationships with parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.

Ideal Candidate Profile: A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or related field; 3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management are desired.

Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and public speaking abilities, high energy, self-motivation, and target-driven.


">Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing strategic outreach plans to achieve program goals.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, education consultants, and partner organizations.

Representing the organization at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and position the organization as a thought leader.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of outreach initiatives.

Analyzing data to inform outreach strategies and improve program effectiveness.

Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve outreach efforts.


">Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

High energy, self-motivation, and target-driven.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
