Program Implementation SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Program Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of our life skills programs at schools across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

You will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of students and educators.

Responsibilities
  1. Program Development
    • Collaborate with content teams to develop and implement programs that cater to the needs of students and educators.
    • Participate in strategy planning for various offerings, including workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  2. Program Implementation
    • Oversee the implementation of our life skills programs across assigned schools.
    • Maintain accurate records of implementation timelines and milestones.
  3. School Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Presentation and collaboration activities related to acquiring new schools to support business development.
  4. Program Delivery
    • Ensure the smooth delivery of programs at schools, particularly high school programs.
  5. Teacher Support
    • Ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
  6. Data Collection and Reporting
    • Collection of data on program implementation and impact.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.
  • Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success.
