Employment Law Professional Needed

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Law professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of employment laws, strong advisory skills, and the ability to lead complex mandates across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment law issues including contracts, policies, compensation structures, and termination matters.
  • Represent clients before authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary.
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements.
  • Stay abreast of employment law developments and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including litigation, corporate, and compliance teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior professionals in the practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputable law school.
  • 7-12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department.
  • Strong command of employment laws, excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with excellent client-handling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments independently and under deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative working style.
