**Job Title: Corporate Legal Advisor**We're seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can take end-to-end ownership of high-impact legal work across the board. This includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and vetting commercial agreements, as well as supporting compliance with data protection laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities
  • Review and draft commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, data sharing, MSAs, NDAs, etc.
  • Support compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including DPDP, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Contribute to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks.
  • Liaise with external counsels, partners, and regulators when needed.
  • Stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes and proactively inform internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel (TMT, Fintech, or General Corporate)
  • LL.B. required (LL.M. or certifications in data privacy/fintech are a plus)
  • Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation
  • Understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy
  • CLEAR COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters autonomously
